Truly Outrageous Halloween Eyelashes and Tights!

WOW. I just don't know what else to say. These eyelashes from Luna & Curious are so detailed and stunning that I can just imagine how they could compliment an array of Halloween costumes. And their selection of tights are so unique! Just when it feels like you've seen it all when it comes to costumes, this happens. Sometimes when I come across really interesting products like this, it completely inspires my own creativity. Love!

Frame it!

Ever since I came across this black vintage frame from Ikea, I've been pondering all the clever things that I could do with it....

And now I have way too many ideas to choose from! I love the thought of making it a chalk board (no surprise there) and putting fabric in the back and creating displays for dinner parties. I don't think I have the patience to string it with lace and hang jewelery from it, but it's a cute idea. I'll report back with my final decision, but for now, here's a snapshot of all the things that I want to do with frames when I find the right ones....I especially love the idea of framing the TV and framing designer shopping bags.

Easier Than Easy

I am all about easy recipes and this one definitely tops my list for the Fall. You must try these delicious and healthy (in comparison to regular recipes) pumpkin muffins. Two ingredients. That's it. Add one box of yellow cake mix to one can of pure pumpkin. Mix together and put into a greased muffin pan at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. I prefer only 20 minutes to make them really moist. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to make them look cute but they don't really need it. Enjoy!

As a bonus easy treat, try these too! Regular M&M's, mini pretzels and Hershey Kisses. On a pan, lay out the pretzels and put one Hershey Kiss on top of each. Throw it in the oven for 3 minutes at 275 degrees. Taken them out and press an M&M into the middle of each one. Refrigerate and there you have it.

Missoni for Target Bicycle

Ok, where was this when I was riding all around in college?! This adorable bike is part of the new Missoni collection for Target and goes on sale September 13th.

Today I'm loving....scallops!

How cute are scallops? They are very delicate and kind of add a whimsical feel to anything they touch. While out shopping the other day, I came across a gorgeous dress with scallop detail that made me want to throw a party just to have a good reason to wear it. I still may go back and get it...just in case. I love the thought of creating a wedding invitation and cake with a scallop pattern and I think I'll test out a few designs for 2011 Christmas cards!
