We recently finished a set of rustically chic wedding invitations for a very dear friend and just loved how they turned out! The invitations feature a navy blue pocket card, which has a layer of premium wasabi card stock under the printed, cream invitation. When you flip the card over, the pocket holds a separate direction and RSVP card. To complete the rustic look and feel, we wrapped the entire invitation in a burlap ribbon. We are so excited to see how the actual wedding turns out with so many beautiful details planned like the use of mason jars as decor. Enjoy! Monday, April 30, 2012

A Bridal Tea Party
It doesn't get much girlier than tea parties. Now pair that with a tea party for a future bride, and you have a recipe for all things pretty. We just love this delicate invitation made with textured cardstock and accented with a layer of fuschia. It's a perfect way to set the tone for celebrating a gorgeous bride-to-be!

Please Be Seated
Happy Monday! Below are some pictures of an escort card display that we created using our custom display boards for a wedding at the beginning of the year. The bride and groom wanted something simple, yet stunning when guests arrived. We incorporated rose petals that matched those used at the wedding and reception along with engagement pictures of the bride and groom for a romantic and personal touch.

Our Latest "Project"
Spring is in the air and we are so pleased and excited to announce our latest "project"....baby #2 is on the way for us in September! We could not be more thrilled to give Tyler a sibling. To deliver the special news to our families, I created a custom pregnancy announcement card that we were able to watch them open. The white wood letters are from Michael's and Tyler didn't love them at first, but he played along and I took an individual picture (or several really) of him with each one and then put them together for the picture on the card. We can't wait to see how Tyler reacts to the new addition!

Two Free Template Downloads
We've had so many inquiries about some of the details we created for Tyler's First Birthday Party this summer that we decided to share the love and post two free template downloads that could work for any type of young kid party!
The first template is a set of labels that fit perfectly on these cute spiral cups from Party City. Download free the template, print onto full sheet label paper and then cut out by hand or punch with a 2" circle punch. I then used a regular hole punch to cut one hole in the middle for the straw.

The next set of templates is for the darling doggy/to go bags. I used brown paper lunch bags from the grocery store and then added these labels and displayed them on the table so guests could take goodies home with them.
These labels can be cut by hand or with a 2.5" circle cut. Again, print onto full sheet label paper and then cut them out and stick.
